The following terms and conditions apply to, and only to the parts sold and displayed on the e-commerce site, or by written quotation on custom orders(such as those that are not listed or displayed on the e-commerce site). Any items marked “Final Sale” are not returnable. You have five days from receipt of order to report shortage or product problems. The terms and conditions displayed here do not apply to the compressors sold by National Compressor Exchange, Inc. The terms and conditions apply to all orders, acceptances, sales and shipments. No other terms and conditions may apply, no matter the form, such as written or oral. In such cases when Terms and conditions, whether contained in purchaser’s forms or elsewhere, shall not be binding on National Compressor Exchange, Inc.(from here on out to be referred to as NCE), unless in writing and signed by an officer of NCE.
Privacy Policy All information received is solely for the use by National Compressor Exchange, Inc., for order processing, sales and sales promotion. It is not our policy to distribute any information received to any entity or third party outside of National Compressor Exchange, Inc. If our terms and conditions are breached we are able to disclose the information collected, in order to abide by any legal obligation.
Warranty NCE guarantees all parts to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 120 days from date of shipment. Any part that does not meet proper fit, form and/or function will be warranted exclusively by the replacement of the part. Freight is not included.
Shipments All shipment of parts are F.O.B. our location in Ridgewood, N.Y., and it is at our discretion on how the parts are shipped and by what carrier and service is used, unless stated otherwise by purchaser.
Payment Terms All payments are on a COD basis. Any account that would like to set up open terms would need to contact us directly and follow our procedure, and adhere to a different set of terms and conditions. These terms and conditions will be presented the time the open terms are established. There are no cash refunds.
Taxes and Duties Purchaser is liable for all taxes required by local, state, U.S. and international governments. Liability NCE shall not be liable for damage or loss of any kind resulting from delay or inability to deliver on account of acts of God, fire, accidents, acts of civil or military authorities, or from any other cause beyond our control. NCE is not liable due to improper use of the purchased part or parts, that may lead to damage to the equipment it was installed upon, bodily injury, or even death.
Special Orders Any orders that are not displayed on our e-commerce site, but are called in and ordered over the phone, will be considered a special order item. If the part is deemed a special order item, it may not be returned and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
Returns In order to return a part, purchaser must first request a RMA (return material authorization) number. The request must be received in writing and the instructions sent with the RMA number must be followed in order to receive credit. All returned parts must be new and unused, and are subject to a 10% restocking charge. All parts returned must be returned within 30 days of purchase. All freight is the responsibility of the customer.
